Daniela Krainz

works at LBBW in the Capital Markets Regulation department in the 1.5 line and deals with issues relating to capital market regulation, including the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), MAR, RIS, the PRIIPs review, and US Treasury obligations. In addition, she provides regulatory support for internationalization projects. Previously, she worked for many years in Group Compliance—both in advisory and monitoring—where she assumed technical and disciplinary management responsibilities. Her activities included, in particular, transaction monitoring, market abuse prevention, association work, and lecturing on WpHG topics.
